This acronym stands for Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance and Repeat. IT is deemed to be a famous strategy for property investors who aim to build a passive income over time.  It is a real estate investment method whereby one buys a property in need of reshaping, “rehabbing” it to lift it up to standards of the price wanted, renting it to tenants for the passive income, refinancing it to cover the capital invested on it and repeat the process with other properties to build a portfolio. Government eco red tape will wipe thousands off house prices:

There is an upcoming ‘eco red tape’ this could mean for several people who could be buying properties that could potentially rapidly fall in value.
