They have declared that their profits have already exceeded predictions for this, post signing for 2 large acquisitions. They have mentioned that they are continuing to work on their growth strategy and discern good investment opportunities. The additions from 2021, have led to almost a 40% increase in revenue. This meant that in comparison to other property firms, Belvoir was over 20% ahead of the pre-pandemic average. However, they have not disputed the fact that the market of 2022 will be increasingly difficult as the year proceeds.
