By pledging thus legislation he aims to make the UK more attractive for foreign investors and will allow the newest technologies to be available in the UK, as a result encouraging investment further. In addition, he suggested that increasing the national living wage and scrapping the taper rate on Universal Credit, also providing a £12 billion support package would aid people in coping with the current increase in rates.
